Donor Benefits
Gifts In Kind provides a variety of benefits to companies and individuals that donate to the program:

· Companies can demonstrate their community involvement
· It is an efficient way to recycle used or depreciated equipment and supplies
· GIK allows companies to respond to an immediate need while benefiting many agencies
· Donations may be tax deductible

When you become a member of Gifts In Kind Santa Maria your  organization will have access to the Gifts In Kind Global Resource Directory where you will find the bulk of the products. You will also receive regular updates by email or fax on available donated products we receive through our Retail Donation Partners like Staples & Office Depot for our local Distribution Center, as well as what Gifts in Kind International has new.  All products carried at the Center are 90% off retail.  Registered charities pay only a nominal administrative fee to cover shipping and handling when ordering on line.
